The devil's in the detail pt 2



Here's something Suzene found at the Wanderlust hotel in Singapore. A nice touch. A little summary of the key information about the hotel - room rates, complimentary services, check out times etc - all designed like an old-fashioned cinema ticket stub. Nice, we like this. And it's well-sized to fit like a receipt in your wallet, so you can refer to it at a future date. It's these little touches that go a long way to defining big brand experiences.
